About Us

Although his career journey did not start in the audio business, Jeff's long-time love of audio gear ended up leading him to DJing and small audio production in the beginning. Following his passion for live sound and event production and with 25 years of experience, he decided to go into business for himself in 2012; marking the beginning of Dynamic Sound and Lighting. With much company success, Dynamic Sound and Lighting has grown exponentially. The company now boasts a commercial mobile stage, photobooth and 25' video wall. They have enough equipment and crew to host 6 DJ events, while still producing concerts, festivities and other sound/lighting events simultaneously.

If you see Jeff during a rare moment when he has time-off; you can find him fishing, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, and working on his challenger.

Steve is from Chicago and has worked in live audio and stage production for over 25 years. He has also been a studio engineer, and musician for over 30 years! He is a fun guy to be around, who genuinely wants to lower stress and make life more enjoyable through bad jokes. 

The best part of working in the production field for Steve is the ability to see everything happen, from load in, to performance, and through load out. It truly is an art, in itself. Steve's favorite part of Dynamic Sound and Lighting is working with quality people who truly want to do the best for their clients, and who consistently bring their "A-game" to every event.
